Where Rustic Charm Meets Craft Spirit:
Welcome to Oakholm Brewing
Our Story
In February 2018, Chris “Babe” Predella bought Oakholm Farm and approached his long-time employee, Andrew Woodward, with a question: How could they repurpose an old barn to serve as a taproom during Christmas tree sales? Andrew, who had been homebrewing for over seven years, had a simple answer: “You should put a brewery here.”
That sparked the beginning of Oakholm Brewing Company. Together, they started renovating the historic hay barn with a vision of creating a welcoming brewery. To complete the team, they brought in Rick Predella, Babe’s father, whose background in engineering and operations made him the perfect addition.
After two years of hard work, they opened their doors in May 2020, offering can sales during the height of the pandemic. Since then, the taproom has grown into a cozy, welcoming space with both indoor and outdoor seating, fire pits, and draft pours on warmer days.
Visit Our Taproom
Our taproom is housed in a beautifully renovated, early 1900s mortise-and-tenon timber-framed barn. This smoke-free, dog-friendly space preserves the barn’s rustic charm while adding a spacious new timber-framed production area. We’re excited to share not just our beers, but the beauty of Oakholm Farm Estate, a place where strangers become friends and every visit is a warm welcome.
A Hidden Gem with a Heart
Oakholm Brewing Company is nestled within Oakholm Farm Estate, a place rooted in love, respect, and community. Here, we invite you to unwind, connect, and enjoy the simple pleasures: great beer, good company, and a setting that nourishes the soul.
